Our Policies
Equipment Rental Terms & Agreement
By renting any equipment from our company, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure the safety of all participants and the proper care of our equipment.
1. Responsibility for Equipment
The Customer assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time it is delivered and set up until it is picked up by our staff. The Customer agrees to protect the equipment from theft, vandalism, misuse, weather-related damage, and any other form of negligence. Any damage occurring during the rental period shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
2. Damage Fees
To maintain the quality and safety of our rental equipment, the following fees will apply:
A $150 damage fee will be charged for any popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, or cotton candy tower that is damaged, broken, altered, or improperly used.
A $200 damage fee will be charged for any water slide, bounce house, inflatable game, or similar inflatable equipment that is punctured, torn, burned, defaced, or otherwise damaged during the rental period.
If repair or replacement costs exceed the stated fees, the Customer may be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement.
3. Safety Rules for Inflatables
For the safety of all participants:
Shoes are strictly prohibited on all bounce houses, water slides, and inflatable attractions.
Participants must remove shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses, keys, sharp objects, and any items that could damage the inflatable before entering.
No food, drinks, gum, candy, confetti, face paint, silly string, or pets are allowed on inflatables.
Rough play, wrestling, flips, climbing on walls, or horseplay is strictly prohibited.
Children should be grouped by similar size and age whenever possible.
Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.
4. Concession Machine Usage
To ensure proper operation and safety:
Only supplies provided by our company may be used in popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, and related equipment.
Customers may not substitute ingredients, oils, sugars, flavorings, or supplies from other sources.
Foreign objects or unauthorized materials placed inside the machines may result in damage fees and additional cleaning charges.
Equipment must remain in its original setup location unless approved by our company.
5. Supervision Requirements
The Customer is responsible for providing adequate adult supervision for all equipment during the rental period. Our company is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, failure to follow safety guidelines, or participant negligence.
6. Weather Policy
The safety of our customers is our priority.
Deposits are non-refundable.
In the event of severe weather, including heavy rain, lightning, high winds, flooding, or other unsafe conditions, rentals may be rescheduled based on equipment availability.
Our company reserves the right to cancel or discontinue equipment use if weather conditions pose a safety risk.
No refunds will be issued due to weather-related interruptions after equipment has been delivered and set up.
7. Setup and Pickup
The Customer must ensure that the setup area is clean, level, and free from debris, animal waste, sharp objects, and hazards before delivery.
Equipment must not be moved after setup by anyone other than authorized company personnel.
The Customer agrees to allow access to the equipment at the scheduled pickup time.
8. Liability Waiver
The Customer understands that participation in activities involving inflatables and rental equipment carries inherent risks. By signing this agreement, the Customer releases and holds harmless the rental company, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of rented equipment, except where prohibited by law.
9. Cleaning Fees
Equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Excessive dirt, mud, food, drinks, gum, confetti, silly string, face paint, or other prohibited substances may result in additional cleaning fees ranging from $50 to $200, depending on the condition of the equipment.
10. Agreement Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges, immediate termination of equipment use, and refusal of future rental services.
